We invite your beloved pet companion to make the move with you at North Main at Steel Ranch. Our community and layouts were designed with everyone in mind, including furry friends.
Our pet fees help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for your companions. A refundable $300 pet deposit, and $35 monthly pet rent is required for each pet.
We understand furry companions come in all shapes and sizes. With NO weight restrictions, we won't make your pet step on the scale in order to feel at home in our community. Breed Restrictions: Akitas, American Bulldog, Boxer, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman, Dalmatian, German Shepherd, Huskies, Karelian Bear Dog, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, Rottweilers, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terriers, Any Wolf Hybrid
Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA).
